Configure IIS Web Server
1. In the Control Panel, select Administrative Tools, and click Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager icon.
2. In the Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager window, open _SERVERNAME_ node, and open Web Sites node
3. Right-click on your website node, and select Properties

4. In the Web Site tab, select W3C Extended Log File Format, and click Properties... button

5. Select convenient log shedule interval, and click Advanced tab

6. Mark all logging options, as shown below

7. OK, your IIS server is ready to collect the necessary data. By default, IIS webserver log files is stored to %SYSTEMROOT%/System32/LogFiles folder
